Default Bleeding Effect

I think when you are bleeding it should like show blood dripping on the ground when you move and puddles while standing still... and the puddles get bigger, and can be tracked around by anyone. Also enemies like wolves are drawn to bleeding players and bleeding enemies where they begin to attack.

I like the idea - but I think the games rating is dependent on how much blood and gore is allowed to be displayed.

Could introduce the bestial predators who will attack bleeding characters. I think that would work. But the bleeding only last for around 20 seconds at the most.
